Pork & Apple Stir Fry

Method

In large resealable bag, combine oil, honey, mustard, soy sauce, ginger and garlic. Season with pepper. Add pork strips. Seal bag and knead to coat pork. Marinate for 10 minutes.

In skillet over medium-high heat, add pork and marinade. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 4 minutes. Add onion and apples; cook, stirring often, until apples begin to soften, 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in green onions; remove from heat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve over cooked quinoa, if using.
