Method

Preheat oven to 550°F. On floured work surface, roll out Homemade Pizza Dough with your hands to form thin even crust; place on pizza pan.

Spread pistachio pesto over crust. Top with cheese and roasted vegetables.

Bake until cheese is melted and crust is starting to brown, 4 to 6 minutes. Top pizza with prosciutto and fresh basil.
