Protein-Packed Turkey Chili

Method

In large saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add turkey and cook, stirring often and breaking up meat with wooden spoon, for 2 to 3 minutes. Add onion and celery; cook, stirring often, for 2 to 3 minutes. Add garlic and chili powder, season with salt and pepper and stir well.

Stir in chicken broth and tomato sauce; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes. Stir in beans and corn; cook for 5 minutes. (Make- ahead: Can be stored in airtight container and frozen for up to 3 months.) Divide among bowls and top with jalapeño and radish slices, if using. Serve with tortilla chips, if using.
