Layer ingredients in a food processor in the following order: Lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce, herbs, garlic, and finally onions. Blend into a fine paste.
In a large mixing bowl, combine together the blended herbs and onions with all of the spices, eggs, and beef.
Mix well. Form into 6 oz patties.
Grill and finish with a slice of American cheddar cheese.
Serve on potato bun with shredded lettuce, chopped tomato and red onion, caramelized white onions, and mayo.
