Roasted Feta with Rosemary & Honey

A tasty quick-and-easy weeknight entrée that costs less than $4 per serving!

Preheat oven to 400°F. Place feta cheese and tomatoes in small baking dish or ovenproof skillet. Top with rosemary and drizzle with honey and olive oil. Season with pepper. Bake in centre of oven until cheese has softened, about 10 minutes. Broil until cheese begins to brown, about 3 minutes. Serve immediately with toasted baguette slices or pita bread.

Test Kitchen Tip: To reduce sodium in this recipe, de-salt the feta by soaking it in cold water for 15 minutes before preparing.
