Method
In large skillet with lid, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, paprika and hot pepper flakes; cook, stirring very often, for 2 minutes. Add chorizo, penne, diced tomatoes, marinara sauce, chicken broth and red peppers; stir to combine. Reduce heat to low, cover and let simmer for 10 minutes. Remove lid, increase heat to high and add shrimp, mussels and peas; season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring often, until shrimp are pink, 2 to 4 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
