Method

Preheat oven to 550°F. On floured work surface, roll out Homemade Pizza Dough with your hands to form thin even crust; place on pizza pan.

Spread béchamel sauce over crust. Sprinkle with garlic, cheese, and seafood. Bake until cheese is melted and crust is starting to brown, 4 to 6 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh flat-leaf parsley.
