Sesame-Crusted Salmon

Preheat oven to 425°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside. In small bowl, combine mustard and honey; season with salt and pepper. Set aside. On deep plate, mix sesame seeds, poppy seeds, garlic, onion and caraway seeds. Set aside.

Brush salmon tops with reserved mustard mixture, then press in seed mixture to evenly coat top. Place skin side down on prepared baking sheet. Bake until salmon flakes easily with fork, 8 to 10 minutes. Serve with salad and lemon wedges, if desired.
