Creamy Horseradish Dip (recipe, see right):


In large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, parsley, mustard, egg and sriracha. Add shrimp, pita bread crumbs and green onions. Season with salt and pepper; mix gently. Shape mixture into eight 1/2-inch thick croquettes. In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add half the croquettes; cook, turning halfway through cooking time, until golden, 4 to 6 minutes. Keep warm. Repeat with remaining croquettes. Serve with Creamy Horseradish Dip.

Creamy Horseradish Dip

In small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup crème fraîche or sour cream and 1 tbsp creamed horseradish. Season with salt and pepper. (Make-ahead: Can be covered and refrigerated for up to 5 days.) Makes about 1/2 cup.
