Shrimp Salad Crostini

In large cast-iron skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat. Toast bread slices, turning halfway through cooking time, until golden brown on each side, 8 to 10 minutes. Rub crostini with garlic clove and set aside on wire rack.

Meanwhile, in bowl, combine shrimp, onion, celery, mayonnaise, sour cream, dill and lemon juice; season with salt and pepper. 

Top each crostini with 2 lettuce leaves, if using, and shrimp salad. Garnish with caviar and dill.
