Ingredients

Method

Divide avocado among bottom halves of buns. Layer with one-quarter each of the Slow Cooker Mexican Pulled Pork, pineapple, radishes, Cotija and cilantro. Sandwich with top halves of buns. Serve with cooking liquid for dipping, if desired.

Test Kitchen Tip: Cotija is a strong cow's milk cheese from Mexico. It can be found in some large grocery stores and international or specialty food stores. It's firm, crumbly and salty, so feta is a good substitute.
