Method

Set oven to broil. Lightly grease baking sheet. In large bowl, whisk together maple syrup, oil, tamari sauce, chili sauce and red pepper powder, if using. Add cauliflower, stirring to coat well. Spread cauliflower evenly on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with fleur de sel.

Broil on middle rack, until cauliflower is slightly caramelized, about 10 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time. Sprinkle with green onion.

Test Kitchen Tip: If you don’t have Korean red pepper powder (gochugaru) in your spice cupboard, you can substitute paprika or cayenne.
