In skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion; cook, stirring constantly, about 4 minutes. Add garlic, chili powder, oregano and cayenne pepper; season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring, about 1 minute. Add turkey; cook, breaking up meat with wooden spoon, until no longer pink and liquid has evaporated, about 5 minutes. Add strained tomatoes and green pepper; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until thickened and heated through, about 5 minutes. (Make-ahead: Can be stored in airtight container and refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months.)

Fill avocado halves with turkey mixture. Sprinkle with feta and cilantro. Drizzle with lime juice. Garnish with lime wedges, if desired.
