Method

In saucepan over medium heat, heat broth until simmering. While whisking, sprinkle cornmeal over hot broth. Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring constantly, for 5 to 7 minutes. Stir in butter, Parmesan and thyme; season with salt and pepper.
