Cozy up to this satiating pie with winter greens and artichoke hearts—the perfect toppings for a white pizza.

Position rack in lower third of oven; preheat to 500°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

In bowl, stir together sour cream, Parmesan, garlic and lemon zest. 

On lightly floured surface, divide dough in half. Press and stretch into two 11- x 8-inch ovals; transfer to prepared pan. Evenly spread with sour cream mixture; top with salad mix and mozzarella. Bake until crusts are golden, about 15 minutes. 

Cut artichoke hearts in half. Sprinkle artichoke hearts and green onions over pizzas. Serve with oil-packed peperoncini piccanti and a green salad, if desired.
