Spicy Tahini Dip:
Broccoli Tempura:

Method

Spicy Tahini: Dip In bowl, whisk all ingredients with 3 tbsp water until smooth. Set aside.

Broccoli Tempura:  Preheat air fryer to 400°F. In large bowl, stir together flour, cornstarch, baking soda, salt and cayenne pepper. Whisk in sparkling water until smooth.

Cut broccoli into florets, keeping long stems. Add to batter and stir well with wooden spoon.

Remove broccoli florets one at a time from batter, shaking gently to remove excess, and place in air fryer basket. When basket is full (about half of the broccoli), spray broccoli with cooking spray. Cook for 5 minutes. Shake air fryer basket. Sprinkle half of the Parmesan over florets; cook until broccoli is golden brown, about 4 minutes. Keep warm. Repeat with remaining broccoli, batter and Parmesan. Serve with Spicy Tahini Dip and lemon wedges.
