Broiling is a low-fat, ultra-quick method of preparing fish. You can replace the tilapia with catfish if you like. Serve with lemon wedges.

Place fish on greased broiler pan; sprinkle with half each of the salt and pepper. Broil until fish flakes easily when tested, about 6 minutes.

Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix together red peppers, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice and remaining salt and pepper; serve over fish. Sprinkle with chives.
