Cook up burgers with a surprise — a melted cheese-and-onion filling.

  • Portion size 6 servings



Form burger mixture into 12 patties. Combine Cheddar and onion; sprinkle over 6 of the patties, leaving 1/4-inch (5 mm) border. Place remaining patties on top; press edges together to seal. Place on greased grill over medium-high heat; cook for 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink inside. Sandwich in buns.
