Ingredients

Method

Get out your handy food processor fitted with the blade. Cut the cheese into pieces so you are able to process it. Dump everything into the food processor other than the water and let it mix and grind up. Add the water with the processor running just until dough pulls away from the sides of the processor. (Do not over mix) Use a tablespoon to get a spoonful out and roll like a kid with playdo making a snake. Make the snakes about 12 inches long and as thin as your baby finger. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and bake in 350 oven until lightly browned. About 12 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack. To make your table festive serve in a large glass tumbler. *If you do not have a food processor you will need to grate the cheese and then do a fair amount of kneading to get the dough smooth.
