Different twist for grilled cheese sandwiches. My daughter,Mélanie, came up with this one. If we use this for dinner, we usually serve it with a salad but for lunch we usually serve with cucumber and raw carrot slices instead of sticks.

spinkle mozarella cheese on one slice of bread add slice of cold meat add slices of tomatoes cover with second piece of bread butter the outside of both pieces of bread and cook in non stick pan at medium heat for about 3 minutes flip bread over and cook other side for about 2 minutes or to your liking.
