In large bowl, stir together bread crumbs, pineapple, egg, green onions, ginger, garlic, coriander and salt. Add pork; mix to combine. Shape into 7- x 4-inch (18 x 10 cm) log; place on foil lined rimmed baking sheet.Stir hoisin sauce with vinegar; brush all over loaf.Bake in 375 F (190 C) oven until instant-read thermometer inserted into centre reads 160 F (71 C), about 45 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
