Method

In large heatproof bowl over saucepan of simmering (not boiling) water, whisk hot water with honey until dissolved. Add egg yolks; whisk until opaque and zabaglione mounds softly when dropped from whisk, about 4 minutes. Spoon into wineglasses; top with berries. Serve at once.
