While the cooked sauce on these ribs is on the thin side, it is absolutely delicious. Spoon it over the ribs or serve it in bowls for dipping. Either way – yum!

Method

In bowl, stir together tomatoes, vinegar, maple syrup, chili powder, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, salt, cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper and oregano; pour into slow cooker. Add ribs, tossing to coat.

Cover and cook on low until tender, about 6 hours.

Transfer to serving platter; cut into 2-rib portions. Skim fat from liquid in slow cooker; serve sauce with ribs.
