Ingredients

Method

Stir together garlic, soy sauce, coriander, five-spice powder and pepper; rub all over ribs. Place in slow cooker.

Whisk together pineapple juice concentrate, honey, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and 1/2 cup water; pour over ribs.

Cover and cook on low until ribs are tender, 6 to 7 hours.

Transfer ribs to serving platter; cut into 2-rib portions. Skim fat from liquid in slow cooker; strain sauce and serve with ribs.
