Method
Remove sweet and hot sausages from casings; break into bite-size pieces. Place in slow cooker.Add red peppers, onions, carrots, fennel, tomatoes, kidney beans, tomato paste, cumin, oregano, coriander and pepper.
Cover and cook on low until vegetables are tender, about 8 hours. With wooden spoon, break up any sausage clumps.
