Parmesan Pasta Soup

In large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring often, for
1 minute. Season with salt and pepper. Add broth and bring to boil, scraping up browned bits from bottom of pan. Add pasta; cook, stirring occasionally, until al dente, about 8 minutes. Stir in Parmesan.

Divide soup among bowls. Sprinkle with parsley, and Parmesan, if desired. Season with pepper.
