In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and red pepper and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 2 minutes. Add tofu, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, cumin and turmeric, mixing well. Season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tofu begins to brown, 6 to 8 minutes. Add spinach; cook, stirring, until spinach is wilted, about 2 minutes. (Make-ahead: Can be stored in airtight container and refrigerated for up to 3 days.)
