Congratulations to our winner, Rose, who says: "In the winter Boot Camp, I lost 10 pounds and the exercise videos helped me feel stronger and increase my flexibility to the point wear I am now able to COMFORTABLY join my husband in a kayak! This time I still have weight loss goals but I also want to instill some good exercise and nutrition habits that will stay a part of my life far beyond Spring Boot Camp. I want to do 15 to 20 minutes (more if I can) of exercise after ever meal. The Boot Camp videos will be great for this. But I also will include the exercycle, rebounder or yoga DVDs for increased variety. This will be benefit me FOREVER but I will also encourage my 12-year-old, type one diabetic daughter to join me and instill a necessary lifelong healthy habit for her as well. In my diet, I wish to get rid of ALL processed foods. I also want to instill the habit of mindful eating so that I slow down and can monitor EVERYTHING I put into my mouth."
