SLEEP SPRAY

This Works Sleep Spray, $34, sephora.ca.

I'm always on the hunt for how to get a better sleep, so when this skin-care meets sleep-care brand came across my radar I had to try it. You'll find the regular skin-care necessities (cream, serum, etc.), but what the brand, aptly called This Works, is known for is its sleep spray. Spritz it on your pillow and let the natural essential oils do your thing as you drift off to sleep.  —Alexandra Donaldson, fashion and beauty editor

ULTIMATE SELF-CARE GUIDE

High Vibrational Beauty: Recipes & Rituals for Radical Self Care, $27.18, amazon.ca.

I'm a huge fan of Cap Beauty — the NYC- and LA-based wellness store and e-shop that offers good-for-you health and beauty products — and its founders Kerrilynn Pamer and Cindy DiPrima Morisse just released their first book of plant-based recipes and rituals that give your bod and skin what it needs to feel good and look good. This stunning book is on my must-buy list for April. —Renée Reardin, senior digital editor

The Perfect Sunscreen, $45, consonantskincare.com.

Keeping my face free from as much sun damage as possible is super important to me (as I would imagine it is to most). I'm a huge fan of Consonant and have been keeping a close eye on their sunscreen for quite some time. It's 100% natural, super hydrating and won't leave a white residue like other sunscreens —Linda Cotrina, web producer

RUNNER UP

Nike Flex 2016 RN, $74, nike.com.

I'm so excited for the warmer spring weather because I can finally leave the treadmill behind and get outside to run (yes, I'm a whimp in the cold), which means it's the perfect time to invest in a new pair of running shoes. I love these trendy pink ones from Nike because they're super flexible and affordable. —Jessica Alcock, digital assistant

POWER BATH

Dead Sea Salt Body & Foot Soak, $9.50, inspiredsoapworks.com.

As we come out of winter, I always find myself battling sniffles or a lingering cold—the changing temperatures do a number on my senses. Luckily, I'll be bathing in this sea salt soak that packed full of eucalyptus essentials oils so I can start the spring on the right foot. —AD

MEAL PREP

Meal Planning Printable Kit, $21.15, etsy.ca/TumbleweedPress.

I've been really enjoying planning my meals using an online document I created on my Google Drive. It helps me keep track of what I've eaten during the month (both healthy and not-so-healthy), but I've been looking for something that'll also help me keep track of what I have in my pantry. This cute, printable kit has grocery lists and pantry, freezer and fridge inventory lists, in addition to a meal planner schedule. —LC
