Here's The Best Source Of Protein (It's Not Meat)
According to the Harvard Medical School, quinoa is the best source of protein. It's a complete protein, contains sufficient proportion of the nine essential amino acids. Although it is sometimes referred to as a grain or seed, you can start referring to it as protein.
In 100g of cooked quinoa, expect to find 5g of complete protein, amino acids, vitamins B and E, minerals like iron, magnesium, potassium, calcium and zinc. Quinoa is rich in fibre, it helps digestion and regulates digestion.
On a daily basis, you can consume between 90-180g of quinoa for up to 8g of protein and 6g of fibre.
