Some research by the U.S Department of Agriculture suggests that adding herbs to an already healthy dish is a great way to go.

Why? Because several common herbs are rich in antioxidants that may help prevent heart disease and some cancers. Here we have some recipes featuring dill, coriander, sage and oregano, some of the herbs containing high levels of important antioxidants.
