These soft chewy doughnuts make for the tastiest dessert to offer up this fall.

Apple Fritters:


Apple Fritters In bowl, whisk together egg and sugar. Stir in flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Stir in milk (batter will be thick). Fold in apple.

Preheat air fryer to 400°F; line bottom of basket with parchment paper (or precut liner). Spray parchment paper with cooking spray. Gently pour about 1/3 cup of batter onto one side of parchment paper; repeat on other side of parchment paper. Lightly coat fritters with cooking spray. Air fry fritters until golden brown, 8 to 12 minutes; transfer to cooling rack. Repeat with remaining batter. Let fritters cool for 15 minutes.

Glaze When fritters are almost cool, in small bowl, stir together icing sugar, brown sugar and milk until smooth. Drizzle over fritters.
