Martha Stewart And Daughter Buy $12.3 Million USD NYC Pad In Famous Building
The duplex is in a TV-famous building!
Martha Stewart and her daughter Alexis are living amongst a crime scene—Only Murders In The Building. The $12.3 million USD duplex is inside of building the Disney+ hit show uses for its exterior shots.
The opulent residential oasis, known as The Belnord, is an Italian Renaissance building located on the Upper West Side of New York City. The Stewarts reportedly purchased a 4,600-square-foot apartment full of luxurious features and amenities, including a view of the building's courtyard which features a giant water fountain and 22,000 square feet of gardens.
