Spice up your fall decor with these seasonal crafts perfect for kids and adults alike.

It's time to cozy up and get your fall crafting on. These ideas use staple craft supplies, from air dry clay to construction paper, to create playful DIY decor that are just as fun to make as they are to look at.

1. Air dry clay ghosts

Made with air dry clay (like this one from Crayola), this not-so-spooky Halloween craft is equal parts cute and easy. Simply shape the clay into the form of your choice (we suggest forming it around something stable, such as a spice contaner), hollowing out the inside and pinching the bottom to create a billowing effect. Use the end of a pencil to poke out the eyes and mouth. For a cool patterned effect, use Modge Podge to stick on dried flowers or cutouts from napkins. 

Once dry, place your ghost over tea lights or use it to prop up a candlestick.

2. Paper Pumpkins

Hello, pumpkin! Whether you string up these paper pumpkins on a piece of twine or place one on each Thanksgiving plate, this is a deceptively easy craft. Use a print-out template for the shape, then stick it together with glue for a show-stopping decoration.
