Cluck, cluck, cluck! These cute little spring chickens from Brandy at Gluesticks can be sewn in a matter of minutes with scraps from your fabric stash and a few dashes of felt. A pinpoint from your Sharpie instantly adds an eye to each side and your chicken is ready to roll. Make a few of these and nest them on each plate at your Easter table for a sweet takeaway - you'll need to stock up on rice! FYI: Birds made from some black, blue and white fabrics with big white felt eyes (glued on with black Sharpie circles inside) would offer an Angry Bird-edge. All you need are a few birds and a Jenga tower and you'd have a home-made Angry Birds game, IRL!

Love the idea but not so into sewing? Kara at petalstopicots.com was so inspired that she crafted her own free crochet pattern you can get here. [caption id="attachment_11867" align="aligncenter" width="479"] Crochet Beanbag Chicken Crochet Beanbag Chicken[/caption]
