I think this is just a fabulous idea. My idea of a perfect summer vacation would be renting a big cottage on a lake and filling it with good friends, good friends, and fun projects. We could sleep in, eat pancakes, spend time sitting in Muskoka chairs and stitching, go swimming...oh yeah, preferably there'd be a cute dog running around somewhere, too. And someone to man the barbecue. Until I can wrangle a cottage, a dog, 10 friends, and  a week off  (and, um, and extra couple thousand dollars!) into making my perfect vacation a reality, I might settle for making a skirt (or a bag) of my own.
