How you can participate in the 2016 NBA All-Star Game

In 2016, the NBA All-Star Game is coming to Canada for the first time ever! On Feb. 14, Toronto is hosting the annual exhibition basketball game at the Air Canada Centre, home to Canada's team, the Toronto Raptors. Of course, Canadian basketball fans are thrilled, but even if you aren't able to attend the game, the NBA will be hosting tons of family-friendly All-Star events across the country to get Canadians young and old into the spirit of the game.

The events, which kick off with BMO All-Star Kidsfests hosted at local YMCAs, include a group art project, junior NBA clinics and dance classes taught by NBA dancers. The Bell NBA All-Star Challenge (which is presented by Air Miles) will be seeking talented kids for a cross-country competition in three-point shooting, dunking and other basketball skills. And don't be surprised if Hall of Famer Dikembe Mutombo and former basketball players Muggsy Bogues and Ron Harper show up in your town.

Find out when it's all going down in a city near you.
