1. SAINT-IRÉNÉE BEACH

Some local houses might suggest that we are in Cape Cod. But, it we are actually in the heart of the splendid Charlevoix region, in the charming sandy and pebble beach of Saint-Irénée. If the water is a little cold, it is always a very nice place to picnic or to practice horseback riding. 2. PARC NATIONAL DE LA POINTE-TAILLON BEACH

A popular destination for camping, Pointe-Taillon has a beach that extends as far as the eye can see, for nearly 15 km. The sand is streaked with scarlet minerals of a brown sugar colour in all its natural beauty. 3. LA POINTE-AUX-ANGLAIS BEACH
North Shore
It owes its name to the sinking of the fleet of the English Admiral Walker who came to conquer the French colony in 1711. Today, this wild beach that is 11 km long, up to Rivière-Pentecôte, is one of the most beautiful places on the North Shore where many come to observe birds and mammals. Located not far away of downtown Gaspé, the long and wide sandy beach makes the perfect spot for families. Shallow waters make it easier for young swimmers to enjoy. The huge water reservoir known as Lake Taurus has several deserted islands and offers no less than 32 km of sandy banks. Pointe-Fine Beach is one of the easiest to access.
