These restaurants are owned by some of Canada's best celebrity chefs.

Canada is home to some of the world's most renowned, talented and creative chefs, who are blazing their way through the culinary scene.

Lucky for us, some decided to add an entrepreneurial touch to their craft by diving into the world of restaurants, making their food accessible to us.

These are some of our favourite restaurants owned by celebrity chefs from across Canada. They're worth a visit!

A staple when it comes to Toronto's gastronomical experience, AP is a fusion-inspired restaurant where traditional Japanese and Pan-Asian cuisines meet. It's spearheaded by Antonio Park, award-winning chef, judge on Food Network Canada's Chopped, and guest judge on Top Chef Canada.

Garde-Manger by Chuck Hughes

Situated in charming Old Montreal, the Garde-Manger is a contemporary, seafood-based restaurant with a warm and welcoming vibe. The place is a hidden gem that may look inconspicuous behind its stone walls, but inside is a cozy, pub-like interior. It also offers an extensive wine and cocktail menu.

ONE Restaurant by Mark McEwen

Located in bustling Yorkville in downtown Toronto, ONE is a contemporary restaurant with an elegant menu. You can find it in the lavish Hazelton Hotel. You can also enjoy a night cap at their bar lounge (brought to life by award-winning design group Yabu Pushelberg) or take your food outside on the weather-defining, tree-lined patio.
