There's no better way to support local artisans (and to get into the holiday spirit!) than by visiting a Christmas market.

Warm drinks, fluffy snow, rosy cheeks—strolling around a Christmas market has to be one of our favourite wintertime activities! Luckily, we have plenty of those around Canada.

Here are some Christmas markets you can visit, either for gift shopping or for walking around with a hot drink.

The Distillery Winter Village


Known for its majestic centrepiece Christmas tree and picture-perfect setup, the Distillery Winter Village is a beautiful way to spend a winter day. Located in the heart of downtown Toronto, it features restaurants, cafés and retailers, plus a ton of food stalls full of festive eats.
