Can't get to a dermatologist? La Roche-Posay has got you covered

La Roche-Posay wants to answer your skin aging concerns with help from dermatologist Dr. Munk, and introduce you to its latest anti-aging powerhouse molecule.

Anti-aging and skin-care ingredients are a hot topic and everyone has an opinion. With all the different advice out there, it's hard to make a decision. To make matters worse, did you know there are less than 600 dermatologists in Canada? This means that getting expert advice can be tricky. Which is why it's more important than ever to pick up skin-care products that you know dermatologists would recommend.

It's one of the reasons we love French brand La Roche-Posay, which works with dermatologists to formulate all of its products. You might know them as the sensitive skin care brand because of their commitment to effective products that won't stress your skin out, but you'll be happy to learn that the brand also has a robust anti-aging portfolio if your concerns lean more in the direction of wrinkles and sun spots.

Still wish you could ask a dermatologist some skin-care questions? You're in luck! Canadian Living will be chatting with Montréal-based dermatologist Dr. Munk and La Roche-Posay's skin expert Isabelle Poirier. Make sure to comment below with your questions so we can ask Dr. Munk during our Facebook Live on June 14, 2018 at 4:00 PM.

For now, here are a few of our La Roche-Posay product recommendations for your anti-aging skin concerns.

1. Introducing the new Hyalu B5 for a boosted dose of hyaluronic acid
The latest addition to the brand's anti-aging collection is Hylau B5, which comes in a serum and a complementary cream. The focus here is on replumping and correcting with ever-important and super hydrating hyaluronic acid, which is made even more effective with the addition of repairing vitamin B5.

2. Give Redermic C a go for an antioxidant boost
Vitamin C is often considered the gold standard of skin-care ingredients, and the Redermic C line includes a pure and stable form of the ingredient. Vitamin C is a potent anti-oxidant that tackles sun damage, skin texture and wrinkles, and protects from future damage too.

3. Incorporate Redermic R to fight wrinkles
This product contains retinol, and if you haven't incorporated this ingredient into your routine yet, you might want to reconsider. It's a powerhouse that fights wrinkles, and thanks to the brand's focus on sensitive skin, you won't have to worry about potential irritation.

4. Attack pigmentation with Pigmentclar
Dark spots, sun spots and a dull complexion can all put a damper on your skin goals. This line includes LHA (a derivative of salicylic acid) in its ingredient list which helps to exfoliate, and ferulic acid which tends to those spots.

5. Replenish with Substiane
If loss of volume is your main skin concern, this line will increase bounce and stave off sagging, helping to restore a little collagen-rich youth to your visage.
