Pizza night just got easier and better thanks to this no-cook sauce. Use it to make the best Margherita pizza ever.

Ingredients

  • Half 796 mL can plum tomatoes , drained
  • 4 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 small clove garlic , minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method

In food processor, purée together tomatoes, oil, garlic and salt until smooth.

Makes 2/3 cup.
