Togarashi Mayonnaise

Look for umami-rich shichimi togarashi in Asian markets or the international aisle of the grocery store.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon shichimi togarashi
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

Method

In small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, togarashi, vinegar and sesame oil until combined.

Makes about 1 cup.
