Apricot Honey Oatmeal

Oh no! This porridge isn't just fruity; it has honey in it, and everybody knows bears love honey. So three bears would be really, really, really, annoyed if any little girl wandered into their house and ate all this oatmeal! (Make sure that you're eating your own breakfast, or at least eat in a big group and keep your eyes open!)
Ingredients
- 2-1/2 cups water 2-1/2 2-1/2cups cupswater
- 1 cup apricot nectar 1 1cup cupapricot nectar or orange juice
- 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots 1/2 1/2cup cupchopped dried apricotdried apricots
- 3 tbsp liquid honey 3 3tbsp tbspliquid honey
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 1/2tsp tspcinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 1/4tsp tspsalt
- 2 cups quick cooking rolled oats , not instant2 2cups cupsquick cooking rolled oats, not instant
Preparation
In saucepan, bring water, apricot nectar, apricots, honey, cinnamon and salt to boil; stir in rolled oats. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened.
