I know, I know. Who has leftover wine? But for those rare occasions when you do, we have the solution. Freeze it! More specifically, freeze your leftover wine in ice cube trays. Depending on the size of your trays, each cube will hold about 2 tbsp of liquid. Due to the alcohol content in the wine, it may take a little longer to freeze, and will not be as hard as ice cubes. When frozen, pop the cubes out and into a resealable freezer bag. Once frozen, the wine is not the greatest for drinking, but is perfect for cooking.
