From February 21 to March 2 if you are in Quebec hit the Montreal High Light Festival. A week of celebrating the best of Montreal with a focus on the outstanding food that is synonyms with Quebec culture. Every year a sister city is chosen to be highlighted at the festival and this year it is Toronto. Susur Lee has been chosen as honorary president and is leading a brigade of Torontoâ€™s top chefs to be paired with Montrealâ€™s finest restaurant and chefs for a culinary tour de force! The kick off for this event was last week at Susur in Toronto, where all of the featured chefs gathered and we in the media snacked on some fantastic farmstead cheeses from Quebec. Each chef brought their own creations to nosh on as well, the caliber of the food and talent gathered together for the festival is sure to be a hit. Maybe I'll see you there!
