With just three ingredients and almost no prep time, these sweet bites are on everyone's list for last-minute holiday gifts or entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups slivered almonds
  • 1 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup toffee bits (such as Skor)

Method

In skillet, toast almonds over medium-high heat, stirring and shaking pan often, until fragrant
and light golden, about 6 minutes. Set aside.

In heatproof bowl over saucepan of hot (not boiling) water, melt chocolate chips until smooth; remove from heat. Stir in almonds and toffee bits to coat.

Drop by 1 tbsp onto waxed paper–lined baking sheets; refrigerate until firm, 15 to 20 minutes. (Make-ahead: Layer between waxed paper in airtight container and refrigerate for up to 1 week.)
