1/4 cup (50 mL) lightly packed fresh basil leaves
1 clove garlic, pressed or minced
2 tbsp (25 mL) extra-virgin olive oil
2 tsp (10 mL) lemon juice
1 tsp (5 mL) anchovy paste
1/2 cup (125 mL) mayonnaise
Preparation:
In food processor, pulse together basil leaves, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice; and anchovy paste until smooth. Blend in mayonnaise.
