1/4 cup (50 mL) Balkan-style plain yogurt
1/4 cup (50 mL) tahini
2 tbsp (25 mL) mayonnaise
1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp (1 mL) each paprika and salt
Preparation:
In small bowl, whisk together plain yogurt, tahini, mayonnaise, 2 tbsp (25 mL) water, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika and salt until smooth. (Make-ahead: Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.)
