Ingredients
- 1 cup 1cupthinly sliced cucumbercucumbers
- 1/3 cup 1/3cupthinly sliced sweet onionsweet onions
- 2 tbsp 2tbspwhite wine vinegar
- 2 tsp 2tspgranulated sugar
Preparation
In bowl, combine cucumber, onion, vinegar and sugar; let stand for 30 minutes. Drain. (Make-ahead: Cover and refrigerate for up to 4 hours.)
